At Dear K Beauty, we curate skincare we truly believe in.
For safety, hygiene, and fairness to all customers, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the shipping box, packaging, and item(s)

  • A photo of the shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability.

Skin Reactions & Allergies

Individual skin reactions may vary. We are unable to offer returns or refunds due to personal skin sensitivity, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with results.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Dear K Beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We may assist with documentation when possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified only before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or delivery failure may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Refunds, if applicable, will exclude original shipping fees and any carrier return charges.
